Bought my 2nd package, they canceled due to ‘sick staff’ multiple times in a row before I called head office requesting a refund. Fair enough through Covid but 2 + yrs after is no longer an excuse. Refund was granted, but never received. Followed up for MONTHS before being told by the same head office employee ‘they don’t do refunds’ & can’t see any notes about it so I must be lying about it. Disgusting Customer Service, total thieves. I’m not expecting them to stay in business much longer. Lost my money and time, don’t make the same mistake as me.

I bought a 10 pack laser full face after walking into the store and the lady convincing me that I need 10 sittings (it was their sale offer). What followed was nothing but a nightmare. Staff change every day. Management is a joke. They have trained their staff to be rude and no sense of customer service. Everytime I went for my sitting I had to explain what was last done. I have dark skin - & ended up have a severe allergy on my neck from the laser (now I think their machine itself was unhygienic). On my 3rd sitting I was told I should be on the YAG machine (??) and their own staff looked at me in shock & said the reaction was because I was not on that machine. I have fought with Head Office on several occasions. Paulina is the owner and only once she called coz I threw a fit after that she ignored all calls. The staff told me to my face there is a no refund policy and its 'too bad so sad' if the laser 'did not work for you'. I didnt do the last 2 sessions and was forced to buy their products with my balance funds. I have since been to Laser Clinics Australia and what a world of a difference. Professional & experienced. My biggest flaw was not reviewing google before purchasing. This company and Paulina needs to be shut down and taken to court for ripping off hard working Aussies. Worst experience with them PLEASE DON'T GO HERE.

So disappointed with the treatment and service. I paid for 10 treatments for laser hair removal for underarms and Brazilian and my hair is growing back worse than it was before.I’m not 100% sure if they’re short of staff, but every time I went in for my appointments there would be a whole new group of girls. Only one girl who I saw a couple times knew exactly what she had to treat and what I wanted (I would have patchy hair on my body where the girls were missing) so out of all their staff only one staff member listened to me about my body. The other girls would quickly rush me and my appointment would literally be over within less than 3 minutes. I’ve asked a couple times kindly if they couple increase the laser heat as I could barely feel anything on my body, plus my hair was growing back very quick when it shouldn’t of been.I approached the girls about my laser treatment and asked why is it constantly growing back? I’ve had 10 consecutive treatments and they all said ‘it takes time’, wrong. All my friends have had laser, same consecutive treatments and have never had their hair grow back.I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I do not recommend this company or clinic.

I am very disappointed with the treatment and service that I have recieved.There is always an issue with my account and my package.I purchased more than 10 sessions for laser and as I was not happy with the service I requested a refund, however since this was not possible, I received a credit.Every time since then, when I have tried to use that credit, there is an issue with the credit. The staff is changing everyday and every staff member I have dealt with has told me a different amount of credit and apparently, they cannot see it under my name now.On my last appointment, I had to sit in the room naked for 30 mins because the staff could not see my credit or my appoints and I had to pay for that session from my pocket. So disappointing.

This place is soo soo good at canceling on their customers! This year my appointments have been cancelled about 4 times and when i call to reschedule they can never accommodate me. I was booked in for tomorrow 13/08/222 but booking has now been cancelled due to staff member being sick. I called up results laser clinic to reschedule but the only next available appointment they had for me is 24/09/22!!! This is ridiculous, I understand things happen and people get sick but if your going to cancel my appointment you guys should at least make it ur priority to reschedule me in for a closer date. Don’t tell me the next available appointment is in a month and half!!!As soon as I finish my package from results laser i’m going somewhere else because this place is not professional!

If there's a zero star i would definitely rate that.Prepaid my next treatment before flying oversea and recived a text message on the day saying my appointment got cancelled due to staff got sick (i understand that ) try to reschedule for the next day as flighting back oversea but nothing is available,i wonder if they only have one staff.Called headoffice for a refund but the lady was like sorry we dont do refund.Is that even legal to not give a refund when a services when the treatment is not even provide?I should have done a google review before prepaid my next treatment. Will definitely escalate this issue to the ACCC as i dont want other get rid off.

The staff are lovely but honestly i feel so bad for them. Management/head office is an absolute joke! Your staff are over worked and stressed with no receptionist to take on front of shop work load, enquires and phone calls. I have had a completely different technician every time I've come here because they have quit. You guys need to get your act together fast! Looking at past reviews i can see that its the same issue over and over again. Now that I'm done with my pre paid treatments ill be going else where.

Extremely disappointed!My gosh! I wished I had seen these reviews before I bought anything from them! They’ve cancelled on me 5 times this year and lied to my face today about their head office reaching out to me when she legit spoke to me and said nothing about my upcoming sessions being cancelled over a fib this team made! Don’t ever go here!!

Very rude behaviour front desk staff no manner how to talk with customer. Management please assign some customer relationship course front desk staff.

The clinic gave a welcoming atmosphere with bright staffs ready. The precise consultation was comforting my first laser experience. The lady did a wonderful job. It was overall a terrific experience and I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you Results Laser Clinic.
