Terrific dealership. Had an electrical problem on our way from Geelong to WA and contacted Jayco Mt Gambier. The service manager analysed the problem for us straight away and gave us a workaround. They didn't have an appropriate replacement item but gave us the part number so we could ring ahead to Jayco Adelaide and arrange a fix there.Exceptional service all round and really nice people to deal with. We dropped in to JAYCO Mount Gambier at very short notice with our Penguin requiring a few small but essential repairs. Fantastic, quick and effective service. Well stocked shop too. Highly recommend.

We started our trip to Kangaroo Island only to discover we had a problem with our refrigerator running on gas. Jason @ Jayco Mount Gambier was able to sort out this problem and another as a result of running our aux battery too low. We got back on the road in no time.Thank you Jason and Jayco Mount Gambier. We can camp on Kangaroo Island with confidence of refrigeration now.

We had our Coromal Element serviced and a few problems fixed today. We are delighted to say that from our call to book the service to collecting the van we have been very impressed.
