Always great service.

Absolutely pathetic! Came in on the Monday and had a half interested guy take the details and told me they had stock and would get back to me that day on price. Rang Wednesday to follow up “oh he’s not in today, I’ll get him to call you first thing Thursday” got a call at 2pm Friday from a lady from the front desk to say “sorry we’ve lost all your paperwork, we’ll have to order some in”, proceeded to read out a price off the computer that the guy on Monday could have supplied. The fact the initial salesman didn’t have the respect to at least return my call sums up the care this place has for customers. My order was somewhere around $2.5k so not heaps but also not the smallest. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. We were referred to this store from a Haymes color consultant and we were waiting over 45 minites for service. Mark the person we were meant to see was out the back and didnt even bother to come out to speak with us. With 2 young children forced to play in the store and eventually one of my children, 3 yo asked the one of the ladies for a price on a play mat and she advised that she couldnt assist as she was too busy and the store was empty with 3 staff on. 45 minutes and we walked out of the store. We called and went to Carpet Court Knoxfield and they greeted us kindly and were extremely pleasant to deal with and assisted us with our large order of laminate flooring. Absolutely disgusting from the Kilsyth store. Leahcim at Knoxfield was great. I would not recommend Kilsyth to anyone stay away.

Finally, after years of indecision I have my new kitchen/dining/laundry floor. The crew at Carpet Court Kilsyth were helpful and patient with me. Very happy with my new Korlok hybrid flooring.

Just had my carpets installed yesterday very happy with the installers very quick and very polite a perfect finish Deb was quite helpful

Bamboo flooring was installed incorrectly (flooring manufacturer words, not mine) and have called multiple times to get it fixed only to be told every time that Mark" is looking after my problem and will call me tomorrow....its been nearly 2 months and still no call from Mark...Update. Still no response. Ducted heating vents stuck in the floor. Most useless company I have dealt with...we will see what vcat says as I have submitted through them"

Neil, Adrian and Richard did a great job for us, moving and replacing the heavy furniture. They worked so hard and took extra care to ensure it was replaced exactly as we wanted it. The 5 rooms of carpet looks great and was at a reasonable price. I would give 5 stars except we had been told they'd come around 8.30am and ring beforehand. They arrived 7.30am with no prior call, but these things happen and it wasn't a huge problem.

I had some beautiful laminate flooring installed and the bloke and his ofsider were very professional and did a outstanding job and the staff were friendly, competitiveHighly recommend

I had to use this store as my carpet was replaced due to an insurance claim.I was very disappointed with the installation. The room was a mess and I spent 1/2 hour vacuuming and sweeping to get the carpet in a fit state to move our furniture back in.I rang to provide feedback and was told that’s normal and they do not vacuum or tidy up. Then I was hung up on!I have had carpet installed in the rest of my house by other companies and it has been finished ready to walk on.I will be providing this feedback to my insurance company as well.
