I have dealt with this company outlet based in Forest hill for many years as i regularly travel into South East Asia. Cathy is simply excellent. She is so pleasant to deal with. Her employer should be sooo proud of Cathy. She always looks for the cleanest and best transaction for her customers. Rates are infinately better than the banks because she wants repeat clients. Well done Cathy and i wish all customer service people in industry were as good as Cathy.

Good service but exchange rate is terrible, they know they are the only place open in the area and take advantage of it - prepare to lose fistfulls on any exchange/conversion.

Terrible rates. Make sure you check the rates online before going so they match it. I was naïve and assumed they would have good rates because of the good reviews.

Prices are atrocious. I was given a very low rate compared to the city. The lady was very nice and courteous to have explained the reason. But they should not be charging a lot less for the currency change due to logistics. Didnt make sense to us. It would be quite a loss for students that live around the area.
