Worst massage ever, absolutely no pressure even after asking 4 times! The girl was just putting oil on my body and not even massaging the right spots (i.e. muscles). Complete waste of time and money!!

Nope. No way. Never again! Hour full body massage she had no idea what she was doing. Lovely lady. But spent ages on the one spot to the point it started to get sore and had to tell her to stop. I was dripping in oil and had to ask at the end for a wet towel. Quick and rough.Then a 30min facial. Towels were dirty and the sponge she wiped my face with was smelly. Awful! Again not to sure she knew what she was doing. She very rough. Which isn't comfortable when it's on your face! Towards the end she answered the door. I laid there for 10mins. She didn't come back had someone else wiped my face and told me I'm finished.Sorry don't even want to give it a 1 star.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Stay away from this place because they are rude and don't want your business.I called in March to make an appointment in April, said they were booked out. I called in May to make an appointment this month and again said they were booked out. I have vouchers and they expire this month, how is it my fault that you can't book me in when I called two times and was told you can't see me?I've already paid for this and they don't want to hold yo their end of the bargain.Absolutely terrible customer service, you'd think after the horrible reviews you've been getting lately you'd think they'd step up. Just disgraceful.Don't come with vouchers. Just don't come.Have reported them to Scoopon as well.

Friendly ,Great Service,They let me use my Scoopon after the expiry date but I booked it in before it expired.The only issue I had was the towels were cold and felt wet .I had 60 mins massage and 30mins facial.

One of the worst customer services I've experienced. Not friendly at all, and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. Also did not do the job properly. Disappointed.

I don't often write reviews but I felt this is important to let the owner and customers know.I had the same experience as the last person who reviewed. Nice lady but the worst massage I've ever had. I don't think she knew what was doing either. same experience with the strange rubbing/flicking of my shoulder blades which I had to tell her to stop. The massage was yesterday and this morning I'm in a great deal of pain that I can't sleep. The facial was ok but she rubbed some of the cream in my eyes while not being careful.Unfortunately for me I had purchased the Groupon voucher before the last person reviewed, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it.Seem like a nice lady but honestly don't waste your money, I'm in a lot of pain.
