That’s ridiculous! I canceled my appointment on Feb 14 for my appointment on Feb 19, and waiting for my full fare consulting fee $126 come back to me for a half month!!! I made the call twice but just been told I need to wait FOREVER until their ‘busy’ transaction handling staff is available to call me. I can’t believe that’s the way a mental clinic operating their business and treating customers like that!

Clients are required to pay the fee when making the appointment and can't reschedule for free within 48 business hours but the consultant herself was late for an hour. She forgot about the session so she was somewhere outside for the whole online session. It was really windy.

They have one of the best Mandarin counselling services in Melbourne. My therapist is very competent in what she is doing.They also have all kinds of psychology tests and courses about career development/psych study. As a psychology student, I found the courses truly helpful that I can learn how to pursue my career in mental health industry from someone experienced.
