Megan was just what I needed during a time where I struggled dealing with the fallout of my unexpected life changing surgery. Her warm , caring approach and use of EMDR has helped put many horrible memories behind me and has allowed me to move forward with a clearer head and a more positive outlook . Don't know where to begin.. Megan is just amazing. I had major anxiety and she really helped and showed me ways to help my anxiety. she is kind, loving, and thoughtful. Megan is easy to talk too and to just get along with. without Megan I don't think id have the courage to be where I am today. Megan is very supportive and open minded and I would definitely recommend Inspire Change Counselling :)
