The final value ended up being almost 3 x the initial estimation provided, and we had to come back to fix up the clean as some skirting boards were left dirty, streak marks in the bathtub and rubbish on the carpet still.I didn't want to contact them back due to having such a stressful time with them, so am going back myself to clean up the outstanding items.A number of friends have had far more successful experiences with cleaners (in bigger houses in a far worse state but still half the price to clean), my experience was quite stressful at an already stressful time so I will not be recommending this company.UPDATE: the missed areas were the rangehood, the carpet was not vacuumed or steam cleaned in the cupboard in one of the rooms, streaks were in the bathtub that needed to be wiped down, and a skirting board was not cleaned/dusted. I negotiated with them to clean the walls and windows as they quoted 6 hours for that (we did it in 1), the rest were erroneously missed so needed to be fixed up. All in all, pretty poor quality clean and customer service.

I am absolutely delighted with Highest Cleaning Services. The cleaner who is named Shaun comes to me on a weekly basis to clean my home . His attention to detail is amazing and I find him very easy to communicate with and very helpful and wants to do his best with what I need .Shaun uses his own cleaning equipment and products . I couldn't have been happier, not only were they reasonably priced but Karuna was helpful beyond any expectation, even when everything was going wrong ( electricity cut off to soon) he kept problem solving and helping. I would highly recommend them, you won't regret it!
