I had a great experience here as a newcomer to this style of therapy. Maria was kind, gentle and very knowledgeable - it was effortlessly easy to communicate with her and I felt like I was in a really calm and safe environment. I left the session feeling really good about how patient and responsive Maria was in reaching an understanding of my specific situation and communicating her perspective. Such a beneficial experience, helped me a lot!
