Called in as I had stripped a thread on a pump. Receptionist was very helpful and the guy from the workroom came out straight away to look at the problem. Spent some time helping to fix help fix it. Couldn't have been better service. Very friendly and super helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone. Sensational quality work and service. Any power tools, generators or pumps they really know their stuff. Honest straight up feedback on what needs to be done it if it's even worth trying. Wouldn't take equipment anywhere else to be repaired.

Dave and team were so helpful in helping me with my water pump issue. I brought in my water pump from Batemans Bay and they replaced bearings and seals within 4 hrs which allowed me to get water running in the house the same day. Not many other places that would do same day repairs at a very reasonable price. That's service for you. Thanks again to the team. Liam
