Customer service was terrible. Zero product knowledge. Could only tell me how much items were and nothing g about the difference in products. I'm shopping elsewhere

Great customer service and quality products. The battery last longer and the guys fitted battery for us 2nd time in a row in last 3 years.

Worst customer service I have ever received! Spontaneously popped in to get new wipers/-refills. should of known more details about what I needed . However, I got laughed about by both male staff members at the counter & got a rude “come on guys, it’s not that hard” after he asked me a question I couldn’t answer!This is not how you talk to a customer, ever!Safe to say I won’t come back to this branch! Thanks to the two guys in there (Sunday 19.12.21)

Car battery failed within warranty period. Was told to go away with failed battery to century yusa in Berrimah. Century would not refund but gave me a new battery to take back to autobarn. Apparently I now work for autobarn. Major customer service fail. Won't be going back.

Worst customer service from Adam and several other workers !! He refused to return a faulty produCt and was extremely rude to deal woth... DO NOT BOTHER SHOPPING HERE!!!

On most occasions Auto Barn staff are well trained with Product knowledge. However, I phoned this Darwin store to enquire about a small 7 amp battery that was not made in China. I was assured the Century brand was made in Australia, I said I was sure this brand was a China makeNo no he said, so I travelled to their store Checked where it was made and there it was labelled MADE IN CHINA. To add insult to injury this store selling price for this battery was $99. When in a major hardware store had the exact same battery priced at their regular price of $29. Hence 1 star

The customer service I received today by Adam is awful! I needed wind screen wipers blades for my car and wasn’t sure the size or brand I needed. Their little tablet that finds out what fits your car was out of order. I went to the counter where I asked Adam what size I needed for my car. “Do you have your car here?” He asked. No I replied, then I told him to look up my car model or my number plate on the computer. Then he rudely replied back “No, just in case of incorrect sizing.” It didn’t make sense at all what he said. I walked to the aisle where the wiper blades are, looked on my phone.. I typed my number plate into their website and what a surprise.. it shows what wiper blades fits my car! Grabbed the blades and took it to the service desk to pay for it, then Adam says “Oh, you’re going for this size?” Umm, that’s what your site says! More helpful than your service! Then he has the audacity to say “Make sure to cut the blades to size.” Is that the only helpful information you’re going to give me? Everyone knows that! Sorry, after today’s visit.. Supercheap is my to-go-to shop for now on.

Not worth the one star. I entered the front door to be mot even welcomed with a hello yet while walk around i had to listen to fowl talk by the staff. I continued to price up items and collect my list that was well over $1000 what tipped me off was when more customers came in they were greeted with a hello and can i help you and the staff / customer came to the area i was in and i was in a way pushed aside with out a excuse me to pass. So i left and am sad to say that was the worst experience i have had. Where has customers service gone. I will not be back.

Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always happy to help you find what you need. Will definitely go back there again.
