Lots of noise from shopping centre. So there is zero calm space. Do not expect relaxation with all the noise.Seems like most customers are walk ins who demand instant attention rather than book appt.The foot soak - tepid water. I prefer mine warmer.Towel put over legs was clean and fluffy.Chair: comfy reclinerHot pack for neck: best part of visit. It felt great. It was really hot.Reflexology: up there with the worst Ive ever had. She barely touched my feet. She rubbed my lower leg. The hot towel she cooled down…Response reply: I had a pedicure a week ago. So your staff member is either very weak or lieing.

That was, quite honestly, the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had heaps) the staff here were so friendly and the guy that did my massage was incredible. He totally knew what he was doing and the way he stretched out areas, and applied pressure was perfect. Like he totally knew where the tension in each spot was. I would come back to Brisbane just to see these guys haha

I’m really disappointed from my massage the other day. I have been going here for a year or two now and have never had a bad experience until now. The lady that I had didn’t do any of the areas I asked her to focus on and the massage I received left me in a hurt pain not a good remedial massage pain. I am still so sore and feels like I haven’t had a massage. I am now $77 out of pocket and still sore

My second time in, because the first visit was just amazing!The lady I've had for both are just unreal!!I got reflexology and just so relaxing, and my chair was right next to the window with the noise but that didn't matter cause I was so relaxed from the skill.My first visit i also got a 30mn remedial. And it was perfect.Will definitely be my new regular spot!

Came in on the recommendation of family. Glad I walked in. Had a remedial massage with a focus on the neck and shoulders, but also included the whole body. There was only a male masseuse available when I came in but he was very professional and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Good amount of pressure and he was always very gentle. Hope to return again.

Had foot reflexology. Girl at the counter was good and very humble. Massage therapist had no clue what she was doing. Rubbing stone and knuckles on my foot bones. Keeps looking at the time every 5-10mins. Then goes to get hot towel at the end, takes her sweet time and then rubs the wet towel for literally over 5 minutes. To top everything of, she ends the massage 7 minutes early.NOT WORTH IT.

Visited this shop regularly for body massages, got sore back and shoulder from gym and work, pretty good service for my muscle pain and always walk in can get massages without much waiting time. Big shop though and easy access in the shopping center. Would recommend friends to massage at the same time on days off!
