Dental Sanctuary

I have never had a more positive experience at a dentist! All the staff members did everything possible to make it an enjoyable experience for my 18mo son and he was not upset at all after having a chipped tooth smoothed out.I won't ever see any other dentist other than Dr MK at Dental Sanctuary!Edited to add: they even called the next day to check up and see how he was doing. Great service from a caring team.

Look, I'm always scared to go to the dentist, you could say I am a very difficult customer. However, at Dental Sanctuary, it went like a charm, I felt very comfortable. The staff is professionnal and courteous. I defintely recommend.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist with Dr Renee and Nicola! Took the time to talk about my concerns and needs, provided clear and simple advice, and then cleaned my teeth without any pain for the first time ever. Could not rate them highly enough!

I wish I could rate Dental Santuary with more than just 5 stars! I've come to the clinic on two seperate occasions to see Dr Min Jin Song; first visit for a clean and the second for a filling. Dr MJ is delightful and made both experiences very pleasant.After my first visit, Dr MJ cleaned the very stubborn stains from my teeth and I regained my confidence in my smile again which was priceless and I am so grateful for!The practice is very professional, clean and designed to make the patient feel relaxed while lying in the dental chair. There is a tv screen on the ceiling and a very comfy pillow for each patient to use during their own visits (the pillow is so comfy, I wanted to take it home!)!My teeth are looking and feeling great, I highly recommend visiting!

The Dental Sanctuary is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I actually don't know how a dentist could be any better. Over the past two years I've consistently had an amazing experience. They are so professional and always accommodating. Multiple times I've called up with pain for an emergency appointment and they've always managed to squeze me in. They are so friendly and lovely, i always feel really looked after. I had wisdom teeth surgery recently, they did a fantastic job, I knew I was in safe hands and they made me feel so comfortable and cared for.

The best dental practice I've been to! I woke up with a very painful wisdom tooth and they fit me in right away. MJ was so lovely and bubbly throughout the entire procedure, I felt so relaxed and cared for! The rest of the team were also wonderful. I would highly recommend Dental Sanctuary to anyone looking for a friendly and genuine dentist!

Highly recommend. My 3 year old visited for her very first dental experience and saw Renee - what an absolutely incredible and positive experience. From the welcoming and friendly reception to the dentist Renee and the dental nurse, we really enjoyed our experience. Friendly, fantastic with kids and clean facilities (the television on the ceiling playing The Wiggles was also an added bonus!). Thank you, looking forward to our return check up.

I had been putting off the dentist but decided to dive in and to my surprise it has been a brilliant process. The whole team are really friendly and caring. MJ has taken the time to show me what they are doing and why (with their neat little camera) and the TV on the ceiling with headphones makes it a very pleasant experience. Thank you MJ and team for your care and professionalism.

Feel compelled to write a review as they are such a great clinic! And had a great visit today with my 17 month old daughter. My daughter was the patient and I made the appointment because she was so grumpy and I wanted a dentist to check out her mouth and confirm if it was teething related as we’d had a horror week with tears at daycare, broken sleep and food refusal. Also wanted a dentist to have a good look, because the specialist peadatric dentist I took her too at around 11 months didn’t even look in her mouth for more than 2 seconds and charged me $250+ and just sent us home with a cheap baby toothbrush. I got an appointment quickly (next day, thanks to the super helpful receptionist) and the dentist I was lucky to be in with (MJ) was beyond lovely. I explained I was a bit worried my daughter was teething, but because of her level of irritability there could be a bigger issue. Also explained I found it really hard to get her to brush her teeth or look in her mouth as she likes to control everything put in her mouth (she was BLW and attended daycare from a young age so feeds herself) and I was worried that she could have more plaque build up. Honestly MJ was just such a great dentist. She was really reassuring and she didn’t make me feel bad for having a strong willed child that doesn’t like a toothbrush put in her mouth. She was also great with my daughter, and efficiently and as quickly as possible checked out her mouth and probed the inflamed gums. I will definitely be back and I will be taking my daughter here from now on going forward as the level of care she got in this visit was a million times better than the attention she got when I conscientiously booked her in with a dedicated paediatric dentist after she had her first handful of teeth.

Without question the single best dental experience I have had in well over 30 years. Reasonably priced, courtesy & an advertised level of professional decorum that is slowly vanishing in most practices nowadays.
