Had my 2018 Wrangler JK Unlimited with McCarroll’s utilising their capped servicing which was competitive compared to other service centres I been to. I was able to book when I needed and was provided a courtesy vehicle that was a great bonus to get to work. Staff were great and my car is still in great condition. I’ll will definitely continue using Jeep Newcastle for my servicing.

10/10 to Allison & Russell in the service department for helping me out today. I rang for some advice & they were only too happy to help. Being a business owner I was very impressed by their courtesy, knowledge & professional attitude. Good job guys.

Will never buy a Jeep again! In all the places I’ve had car services done etc this would be the worst. They had my car for 5 months waiting on a part! Not once did they ring me to let me know what was happening, I had to constantly ring them and kept being told sorry it’s another month now. No loan car offered not a thing! I explained I had no car and a 2 year old I needed to get around to which they basically couldn’t care less! Then when the part did finally arrive they had the hide to make me pay for a new battery because my jeep had been sitting for so long. Wouldn’t even throw in a new battery complimentary for the 5 months I waited!Communication absolutely appalling. Won’t be taking my car there again.

Very helpful while buying the car, a lot of promises made but very little after sale service. Bought Jeep Compass few months back. Promised big things, an average car at best. There are a lot better cars for the price.

On Friday 9th June we turned up at McCarrolls Jeep service at Newcastle because we had a dashboard display Exhaust filter 100% full

Customer service is non existent in this place. I have a Chrysler 300C which was doing a wedding when the fan belt snapped right near their shop. I called them up to see if I can quickly pop in to have the belt replaced and they told me to come back on Tuesday when their next available appointment was. Its 1pm on a Thursday afternoon with a bride stranded and they couldn't spare a mechanic for all but 3 mins to fix the car so the bride can go along on her way. Lucky an independent nearby had a heart and gave us a hand. Absolutely useless at McCarrolls

I had exceptional service from the team, hands down. Running a professional concierge service myself, i give them a 5 Star, keep up the good work.
