I'm reviewing a 2014 SC2 Travelander Camper we purchased second hand. Original owner ,Darren from QLD, was excellent with customer service and helpful tips. He has since sold Travelander inside the last 2 years to a new owner in WA. I cannot comment about the new owner but I can say that our 2014 SC2 model is fantastic.... LOVE it!So when reading reviews, check date of review.

Shame new owners have not kept up standard great idea.Bad customer service poor build quality.

I ordered the DC5 camper from QLD and it was shipped from WA ... good service till moeny was paid then almost nothing!!!!See photo of how camper arrived - marks, dents, scratchesThis is just one photo of many ....I have contacted Blaine Akbal the owner now several times via email (sent photos), phone (explained my concerns) and reached out by text.Silence now for 6 weeks - have not been able to get him AT ALL?I know he read emails by read receipts received.It arrived at a depo in Brisbane where there branch wanted nothing to do with it. It was sitting on a pallet on the floor & I triple checked with Blaine in via emaI & on phone that it would be ready for me to reverse ute under it - it was not. (Have all this in writing)Seems on the other side of the Country I will get no resolve .... last time I trust a retailer sight unseen.Travellander had a good reputation but that was with a prior owner.any new buyers BEWARE = you are NOT buying the same product from the same company with the same service that you see online, in Facebook groups and in Camper Trailer of the Year Videos!!!!
