Contacted Jodi, gave access to my Xero account, was told she would have a look the following week, she didn’t look I had to follow up with her, in the end I politely gave her an exit as I could see from no response she wasn’t going to reply. Honestly wouldn’t recommend, unfortunately that’s the rating you get when you make no effort.
