The worst haircut I had in Melbourne. Poor service, poor skill. When you sit down not even five minutes then you can get out the way. Even is cheap but really rubbish.

My husband went for a haircut as a first time customer. Stood in front waiting to be served by the next available hairdresser. Another customer came after him n went straight to a Machine to pick a number, only then my husband realised that he had to do that.One or two of the female staff noticed him but did not bother to point him to the machine.They had no courtesy whatsoever.Bad service.

This place was so bad my barber gave me a guy cut when I askedFor a bowl cup it is so cheap and my head was bleeding because of the rubbish barber DO NOT GO HERE the barbers need better training it was bad

As long as you manage your expectations, this place is a real gem. For $10 i’m there for 10 mins and happy with my clipper cut. If you’re after anything other than a trim you’re best to go elsewhere.

I generally have no complaints about quick cut, but this time the lady rushed through my haircut in order to take the next customer. There's another $10 quick cut at new BH shopping centre and their service and skills are much better.

Toxic attitude of a male hairdresser. Just avoid him if you can. He likes debating with you in a disrespectful manner. I don’t even bother to say thanks when everything is done. If he wants to persuade me, that’s fine, as long as he could be mindful of his attitude.

One of the worst hair salon I’ve ever been through although the price was cheap the way how they handle your hair was not professional the whole time the hairdresser was pulling my hair and cutting it at the same time felt so much pain in my scalp because of the way how she was pulling it and she wasn’t brushing it carefully or slowly. Even though it’s cheap they shouldn’t be this uncaring to the hair honestly never again if you want to go there because it’s cheap then it’s your choice but if you really care about your hair and your scalp never go there the lady was so unprofessional the whole time I was just sad and disappointed and in pain honestly not worth your money even though it’s cheap they’re more good with men’s haircut than women

Their no frills but hygienic service will see you in and out in 10mins. I had my haircut there with Jay yesterday arvo and he was friendly and professional.I get 2 haircuts there a month ($20 for haircut and $5 for beard trim) and their industry and professionalism never fails to impress.

The staff unfriendly. Bad skill on cutting hair and price is up. We usually go there since they opening,nice girl have good skill and friendly. But now everything ischanged. So not recommended. Better go to other cheap salon.​

For $10, I've never been disappointed. There is sometimes a bit of a wait - you wonder why - but so far I've always found what I was looking for - a quick cut. Very convenient and efficient service.
