Good quality meat and good value. Selection is not always what I would want but that is sometimes a good thing as you venture out of your cooking comfort zone and you know what they have is because it is fresh.

Phenomenal service and high quality produce! The online ordering process was easy to navigate. Delivery to the inner west was fast and it was also hand-delivered by Jim who is so warm and friendly! Can't wait to order from Jim's Butchery again!

I actually came here on behalf of the lab director in Notre Dame to pick up some goods and their customer service is excellent and they have amazing and fresh cuts! Would recommend if you need a local butcher.

Awesome butchery with an incredibly helpful staff. The meat quality is awesome. I got beef short rib and chuck roast to make quesabirria and the quality is amazing.Will definitely be coming back to this spot for future needs!
