Bought an item from them online, paid the money but never received the item. When I attempted to contact them the phone number redirects to individuals phones after selecting various numbers. One phone numbers owner was intelligible in their voice male message and the other number went to voice message also. All of this happened during business hours. I am seriously concerned that they may be scammers or fraudulent but could just be bad customer service... time will tell.
