One of the best dominoes around! Super friendly,quick, and the pizza was perfect!

Ordered with expectation from corporate app or <20min delivery. So far it's been an hour or so.Looking forward to my soggy lukewarm salmonella dinner. Yum yum.One of the most profitable companies on the planet, employing child labour to get a lot of their work done. Sort it out Domino's.

Absolutely appalling service. The staff were unable to get the order correct even when it was corrected as they read back the order to me in person before the order was placed. Complete failure of customer service and any form of quality in service delivering or training.@DominosThe link you sent takes me to a Facebook page not any feedback page. I sent my comments through the Dominos web page after this review. I would suggest looking in your internal systems for the limited information that the site allowed me to send as feedback.

The Yeronga Domino's has really gone down hill. Maybe it is a new franchisee? I have ordered from here for the last 7 years since I moved into the area, and more now with young kids.The last few orders this year have been sketchy, then the last one:On the final time, I ordered a pizza a couple of months ago. After 35 minutes the Order tracker said order was 1 minute away, however the order was still not delivered 20 minutes later. At the one hour mark, I called the store and told would be another 20 minutes (!) as part of order missing. When requested the order be re-cooked as would be cold (the 1 hour delay, and it would be 1.5 hours after order), the staff member hung up on me. I called back and the other staff member was apologetic and said the order was underway. When it did arrive, no surprise the pizza was cold, soggy and severely undertopped. Also, it appears the size of pizzas has shrunk.Given the mess on many levels, I actually made a complaint via the online feedback form.I was contacted by Sean who offered me a new order; it was a voucher for smaller than what I ordered, without the premium pizzas I ordered, but what the hey, I though, at least some comeback given a horrendous experience, with whinigey hungry kids who got peanut butter sandwiches, not pizza). Yet, to make this story even better, the code for a new order didn't work. I emailed back as was an available option, but no response 4 weeks later and hence this feedback.Do not order from this store, the food, quality and service are pitiful and manure-like, The supposed customer service is equally as bad. You get charged a premium price for a no frills product. Save your dough (lol) and hassles and order from a local store like Graceville Pizza - it can be literally couple of dollars more only and you get a larger, generously topped and tasty Pizza with service from the owners who actually care. Good bye Domino's.

Quality here has gone down. On my most recent visit, the only employee near the front when I arrived was haphazardly cleaning" but was too busy chatting on his mobile phone to focus on hygiene OR customers. I left without my food."

It really depends on which staff are working whether your pizza is good or not. Avoid after school time place is packed with teenagers

sad to see how much the quality has dropped in the past few months. Used to be a good store with good staff. One of the newer guys, I saw him use dirty gloves to make someone’s food, pick dropped food from the counter and put it back on pizza, and he kept touching his hair / uniform without changing gloves. As someone who has worked in hospo its disgusting that they would allow this. Same guy didn’t even put my order through on the system and instead went off my verbal instructions which is very sus.

I have gotten a few pizzas from here but recently the quality have shifted. Pizza was 20 minutes late. I ordered it in good time but it took literally 45 minutes to make 1 pizza with 1 topping with maybe 4 other orders on the screen. The 4 employees were shuffling around and joking without any sense of urgency while the orders piled up. Not really professional

Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for pizza to come. It Did not. Call restaurant to check and ithad not been done as they said they were waiting for manager as they didn't know how to put the order through system from menulog. 2 hours later after menulog rang Domino's I gotmoney back. Still no food.No more Domino's or Menulog for me.Will try Doordash.This was not good service at all.

They never get the order right the first time and never cut the pizza properly, their pastry is always soggy. Its making pizza not rocket science ay.
