I love the watch but I wasn’t really impressed with the quality of service... the girl that served me whilst I was trying on different watches thought l was going to walk away with the watch and literally chases me whilst I was behind the counter and didn’t really explain a product to me when l asked a question. Like really? But overall, I’m happy with my purchase. 01/08/18

The young girl with glasses is very rude and unprofessional..., I purchased a ring with topaz in it for my partner for Xmas and one stone fell out after she tried it on.. so I took it to prouds sunnybank hills and the girl with glasses was rude and said she can send it to head office because it had been tried on and that takes 6 weeks??? So I then took it to prouds browns Plains and they replaced it on the spot and apologised...As a regular customer at prouds sunnybank hills I can say ill never buy from them again.

My friends brother bought some earrings for her 70th birthday not looking closely at them didn't realize that they were faulty and they were not cheap. In was appealed at the shop assistant as they would not replace them even though they were inferior and they blamed my friend that she had done something to them when all she had done was open them on her birthday and couldn't put them in as one had a rough outer side. She will not shop there again.

Wow!! What can I say; Julie the Manager of the Sunnybank Hills branch is just an amazing woman! She's helped me pick out all of my wife's jewellery for the last couple of years. She has given me advice and always gets me a great deal and is just an all round very helpful and honest. I highly recommend this store.

Always a pleasure doing business there. The staff are very helpful, know there product & items are at a reasonable competitive price. Also the staff are friendly. Would recommend this jeweller.

Can’t fault this store or the staff . Purchased my engagement ring and the stone fell out ( due to the ring itself being faulty ) and the lovely young man Jordan I think his name was went above and beyond to help . Have never had any other issues with anything I’ve bought from this store . And the staff have always been friendly .

Never did I feel so uncomfortable in a store. Very poor service. After being told I'm basically to fat for any ring, she just left me so I couldn't buy anything else, not even earrings.
