Don’t buy it , waste of your moneyWhen I bought the monitor on North Ryde Harvey Norman. The staff told me. If the word not clearly or the screen light become dark. The product care will be cover. When you do claim they will find any reason to reject of your claim. Because they only want to make money. It’s terrible service and waste of Money. Don’t buy it.

It's not often I put out a BAD review, but I have made this an exception...!I was put onto Product care by Hervey Norman. Made a claim and the machine is infested by cockroaches as it's not clean. Claim denied! We followed the cleaning as set by Dura what more can you do. I would be interested to hear how many others were refused payouts for similar reasons...Don't waste your money...P.S. 30/03/23After a lot of talking to Product care and thanks to Hervey Norman... They have decided to honor their obligation. I have not changed my mind about product care and have still not taken out another policy...

Long wait times on the phone and for a resolution, inflexible customer service who tell you just to read the product book and blame Harvey Norman. 'Joel' was quite rude and belittled me when I asked a question. Do not purchase extended warranty if Product Care are offering it.

We paid $700 for our product care for a $4k fridge. Unfortunately the fridge has been a lemon and requires a claim every time. The panel of repairmen are hit and miss. After the 5th fault I asked for a replacement under their ‘no lemon’ policy. What they failed to advise me was that the faulty fridge was now theirs. OK fair enough. However the replacement fridge is now $6k and being integrated, is our only option if we want one to fit in the kitchen. With product care only paying out $4k I either pay the extra $2k or pay for it to be repaired out of my own pocket. Product care have said that once they decide to ‘pay out’ on a faulty product then there is no turning back. The will only pay out when they have collected the faulty product. It is not an option for the customer to reject the payout

Called, told me to call Harvey Norman which I did, then was told no such claim number. Called back productcare, told will give us credit instead. Was not told how much until we asked. Then was told only given credit for the cost of product. Was under replacement warranty which states will give us one full replacement of the dryer. Credit given however was simply the cost of product, does not include delivery or installation cost. Have to fork out additional $$ though still under warranty for full replacement. Beware the additional cost where the warranty does not fix the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money on getting product care! Once you make a claim it will only get declined for poor reasons. Don’t get sucked in by salesmen trying to get you to sign up.

Product care honoured my replacement warranty in full and gave me a full store credit. I'm collecting my new TV tomorrow and because my tv had some age, managed to get a bigger and more updated version for the price. Can't recommend enough and will be using their services again on my next purchase.

I was directed to this service by a Harvey Norman store for an appliance that stopped working just 4 months after the purchase date. It seems this was an error by the store (who probably should’ve handled it directly) but the experience was terrible and the so-called “Customer Experience Ambassador” could really use a lesson in politeness and attitude.It’s also worth noting, for those who may go through a similar experience, that the retailer has an obligation to assist with faulty products they have sold (not refer you to the manufacturer or other third party).

Have been waiting to have a piece of our couch repaired for over 2 and a half months. Zoe is polite but nothing gets done and no explanation is given as to why it has taken so long. Had NSW techs assigned to us when we live in VIC which then made us have to restart the entire process. Do NOT waste your time taking out product care.

I read how many people on here had issues before putting my claim in and was worried, but honestly it was such an easy process for us.There was an issue with our washing machine on Sunday, called Monday, issue was assessed Thursday and the new replacement machine was installed Saturday.
