Just want to say big thanks to Gavin and the crew at TTY.. first time using them as new to VW ownership I am and could not be happier, will be my go to mechanic now for my Golf GTI.. would give 6 stars if I could.

My MK2 GTI has been there twice. Both times Gavin has been great at helping to diagnose problems, fix them and get the car running like a dream (as much as a 32 year old car can do that). Fantastic service for my son's Mk5 and no nonsense!

The mechanic gave me great advice and helped me getting more local repairs that would better suit me at great costs and helped organise used parts for me all from the kindness from himself, and wasn’t expecting anything in return lovely genuine people here, thanks Gavin!

Gavin was so lovely and helpful. Checked my VW polo over for me before taking a long trip up north. He reassured me everything was fine and we had a nice chat afterwards. Super friendly service and I would not hesitate to recommend ☺️

You can tell Gavin at TTY Euro knows his stuff and is an expert in VW’s. He handled the service of my Golf R 7.5. His work was thorough and real care was taken. He took the time to chat and explain everything that was done and what to expect with future services. Very competitive with price too. I’ll be taking my R here from now on.

Purchased a mk3 VR6 back in July and was missing the full air conditioning system and the heater core had been disconnected due to a 3inch tear. I also needed to get it roadworthy so I could transfer ownership to my name. Hit so many road blocks as many euro specialists didn't want to take the job on or didn't work on pre 2005 vehicles. I had tried various forums and Facebook groups and then the champions at TTY Euro made contact saying that they would be able to help! They met me at their workshop on a Sunday and I immediately knew my dream car was in the right hands. Gavin, their chief mechanic is an absolute genius. His knowledge and dedication are second to none. Always in contact giving regular updates and his passion for the task at hand made me feel extremely confident in his recommendations and advice. Thanks so much to all the guys involved with saving another volkswagen from the scrap heap!! Couldn't fault these guys on their customer service and obviously the end result they have achieved. Thanks so much to all at TTY Euro, I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. The only people that I will let touch my pride and joy.

Took my golf r wagon in due to having haldex issues and needing brake replacement with limited knowledge on Vw cars, Gavin(mechanic) took my car in to give it a scan and explained to me how a haldex should operate and what we were looking at in the scans.After fixing my haldex problem he booked me in the following day to replace my rotors and pads, not only that he took time out to top up my coolant because he notice it was sitting below where it should be sitting.Just big a thanks to the man Gavin for looking after me and educating me on euro cars in general.
