A store that looks good but that’s all.The person that is the Store Manager has a very limited knowledge of sports culture and fashion in a store Dominated by American Apparel and Accessories.So until the Culture of the staff improve I would suggest NOT WASTING YOUR TIME and go shop directly at Culture Kings where the I have found great customer service in the past.I don’t see how shops like these can turn a profit with the high rents when they can’t get the basics right.

I had a great experience here with Steph. She was amazing and really went above and beyond to help me. She was really helpful with everything I asked her and was able to make sure I left the store happy with my purchase. She really is the best and so lovely too.

Very poor commitment to after sales service. Took the money and then didn't follow through with their commitment. Now a 13 year old girl, is not getting all of her birthday present.

If i could give it a minus i would. Yep, this place has a fantastic store front BUT the sales support is rubbish. I spoke to a sales person who had no idea... so I resorted to order my items on line. I ended up cancelling said order after 5 days of waiting... AVOID this organisation go else where.
