Pork chops were ridiculously thin. When I want pork chops I want them at least 12 cm thickness. I was lucky to get them 1 cm thickness and very very uneven poor quality. Extremely poor

Quality A + Butcher. Selection of meats are the best I have every experienced. Chilli Sausages and steaks are delicious.

The best butcher in Illawarra. Very friendly, helpful and meat is very good and fresh Last 2 years I was ordering whole pigs and I got them on time or earlier. it was very professionally done.Prices are good too. I recommend him to all my friends.
