I know I had an appointment at 10:30 because I put everything down on paper and I always repeat the time to the lady over the phone, Came in 15 minutes from this time and 5 people who checked in after me all got called up before me and I asked the lady out the front why they got called up she rudely said because there appointment time is before yours, your at 10:40 and at 10:45 another person checked in and she got called up straight away. I left, they done this to me before 2 times, made me wait for no reason and just to ask the doctor something made me wait 10 minutes. Ring to discuss nothing.... My review is true.

I was so impressed with the staff here... went over and above what was expected due to misunderstanding from my specialist.. phone calls were made to rectify the issue to save me from having to come another day..I certainly did not expect them to do this but was so very appreciated.

We are not eligible for Medicare and my first question on the reception was how much the test will cost. The stuff on reception could not provide information about fee and didn't inform about payment gap. No one give a s**t

Worst service I have ever had the receptionists are all old and miserable! Not accomodating at all! Is it really that hard to smile and have good customer service? Please if you really hate your job and customer service that much get a new job!

Waited for 1 and 1/2 hrs for their mistake. Very rude communication style from one of the female technicians during ultrasound. Wont go there again!
