Scott and Melanie were very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and Melanie spent a lot of time with me going over ideas and making sure we got what we wanted. Scott and Melanie really made the whole process stress free. Would recommend to anyone thinking of renovating or tiling.

bought tiles for my first house here. I specifically asked about the slip rate of the tiles for kitchen and was recommended the glossy tiles that gets super slippery when wet. They caused a few falls and so much inconvenience over the years. Such unprofessional and irresponsible service. Avoid at all cost.

Great Service and fantastic range and variety of product. Scott and Mel (owners) have been helping my clients with their tiles, vanities and other accessories for 2 years now. Personally they are easy to deal with and have helped me out of jams numerous times when i have forgotten to order something. Cannot recommend highly enough

Scott and Mel were fantastic from the time we entered the store to the time we left. With their exceptional customer service and product knowledge, we managed to select tiles for the whole house, vanity, baths and all our tapware. Delivery was made without fuss and on the day required. Cannot express our thanks enough to the 2 of them as the finished product turned out fantastic.

We recently have had our bathrooms renovated and went to Beaumont Tiles at Browns Plains as recommended by THE company doing our renovations, otherwise we would have gone to a local company in our area (Browns Plains was 40 minutes away from us). When meeting with our renovators in store at Browns Plains Beaumont Tiles to go through products, Melanie was assisting with quoting. It appeared that she was put out by us looking at all the options and at 1 point said, I have pizza out the back going cold
