Went today to put fuel in my car. I had my client with me who has autism and can be easily set off by certain things.The lady at the counter spoke over the mic and said “please close your door before you fill up”.so I closed my door and began filling up.She then said over the mic “you just look really dodgy, especially the guy in your passenger seat”.This comment is totally inappropriate and rude. My client was highly offended.This is not the only time the staff have been rude. They barely greet you when you walk in and always on there phones.

Great staff the young lady with glasses that works weeknights is awesome very professional and friendly.Helped me hook up my velocity card.She always goes out of her way great customer service she is a credit to your store.Thanks for all your help Andy from Uber.

Staff have always been great and show pretty sound customer service. Although their Krispy Kreme selection is quite enticing, however, they seem to quickly run out of stock for the day or show that restocking their doughnuts won't be an option throughout the rest of the evenings which can be quite disappointing..

Slowest pumps in Australia. Over 7 mins to get 30lts decided to see if there's a problem was told yer I know the owners dont care not interested in fixing . Decided was quickest to go to coles and finish filling up the car as didnt wamt spend anther 20mins there . Was also informed the reason cheaper fuel is its a blend as i like my car Will not return to an 7/11 again for fuel....

We spend up to $250 a ftnight at the 7 eleven in Kelmscott Nd today I ride my bike there so I can put $5:00 petrol into my gerrie can for my lawnmower I asked the chinese man if I can fill up first or have to pay first Nd he said to me its okall good to fill up first, so I go to the pumps to get the petrol Nd the next thing I know I hear this lady yell out its pre pay first. But yet ever one else who where there were getting there petrol first. I feel that the blonde haired lady who was inside behind the glass was just being very rude to me. I felt like she was being rude because of the colour ofy skin. Coz everyone else who was there were white. And yet my skin is only tanned I am white. But she thought I wasn't. So I paid for my petrol up front Nd then came home went straight onto this site to put my complaint in Nd also to let all my friends who go there know about what happened there. Some of my friends who I have told said that there not going there anymore now. So I just wanted to let people know so hopefully from now on no one else gets that happen to them. So becareful when U go to the 7elven petrol station in Kelmscott on champion drive.

YOUR STAFF ARE ALWAYS CHATTING ON THEIR PHONES. They dont even greet customers but happily chat in their ear pieces

Apparently they don't have cameras at the rear so they will wait until you have taken your helmet off, removed your fuel cap and put the nozzle in to put it all back and turn your bike around so the number plate is facing their cameras. Problem is solved on my behalf, won't be using your facility again.
