Staff are very good, prices on 70% of food outrageous if they have it, just a convenience store in a good location. Stop charging COVID prices.

Great produce always fresh and have a great range of fruit and vegetables however the service is poor. They have multiple checkouts that are easy to put your weeks worth of groceries on however the staff prioritise smokers only having two staff on working behind the smokers cabinet. This makes it hard to get your weeks worth of groceries packed in and out due to the stupid plastic barriers they have in place which are narrower compared to the regular checkout ones. Today there were only two staff members on with a line stretching to the middle of the store. Questioning about why they didn’t have the main checkout open she said ‘you would be surprised how many people buy cigarettes’. She couldn’t fathom that if a user wished to by cigarettes they could stand in that aisle however if you didn’t you could stand in another aisle. Make matters worse she sends the junior with a mile long queue of customers out to get trolleys. There were plenty of full size trolleys at the front of the store. Farmer Jacks more like Cigarette Jacks. If you plan of doing your Christmas grocery shopping for fruit and vegetables and don’t mind waiting ages and having your fruit and veg been passed through the cigarette counter then enjoy otherwise if you don’t find another fruit and veg grocer.

Great meat variety and reasonable prices. Just have to watch ticket prices as generally higher than other supermarkets.

The prices on some items are outrageous! I've gotten bad meat from here several times as well. Overall it's a nice little shop and convenient with friendly staff

Love the 'specials' they always have on the fish and meat. It gives the opportunity to be able to afford something you wouldn't usually buy. Lovely fresh fruit and veg..
