Just purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue from Saif today at Gregory Jewellers Burwood.It was such a pleasant business with him, very friendly and yet very professional. Loved the chat about watches. I always return to Gregory to buy my jewellery the last 20 years because of the trust in the quality and the services given. Recently I was served by Sue the Manager in Burwood branch and she gave me her time to not only chose a beautiful white gold chain to match my South Sea pearl, but she even cleaned the pearl and repackage both gold chain and pearl pendant beautifully in a gift box. I can vouch that Gregory will always go the extra mile to look after their customers.

Story of customer satisfaction over making a quick sale!I highly commend Sue and her team for giving me an amazing customer experience. I’ve been on the hunt for a particular Tudor timepiece for quite sometime and when I saw an alternative at the Burwood store I was about to pull the trigger and buy it, but Sue took the time to understand what I wanted and stopped me from buying the alternative and helped me track down what I really wanted - instead of a single sale and happy experience, you’ve now got a customer for life who had a memorable experience!Props to Saif for his professionalism in handing over the piece and adjusting the bracelet - no request was too hard for him and he was quite the Tudor expert - thank you again, Team Burwood!
