I have always had great service at this Shell service Station. When you complete a customer feedback form you can get 5% discount off fuel, bringing the price just in under what you're paying at neighbouring servos. The hot food is good, Thursdays are a specials day on burgers.I wish the council would fix the road surface as you enter and exit from Hertford street as it's full of potholes.

Came this morning and bought fuel at about 5am on my way to work. When I went to walk in the store to pay the guy at the register wouldn't open the doors. He kept waving me around to a little slot in the window. I had to pass my card in for him to tap to pay. I was planning to buy drinks and food but was so angry I walked off. Poor customer service.

A good setup but I would not buy petrol there again ,as this Shell" service station is not linked with the "Coles" brand

The car wash is great, love the whole new brushless sysytem.Fuel about the average price although sometimes it can be a bit more expensive than other places.

I had a pump in this shell station at 5:30 am the attendant wearing glasses and pink hair with beard is expecting to push the button to flow the fuel but he is sleep,I’m waiting for 15 minutes until I saw one staff his name is Isaac went going inside the shop and ask him for help, so disappointing this staff doesn’t do his job please avoid this station especially at early morning.

The person serving at the counter charge me for someone else's fuel and my fuel and i can't get refund until Tuesday this is terrible customer service! Never will use this place again!
