Haven't used them, but were very helpful on the phone and gave very good advice how to handle a situation requiring a tow truck.

I had just gotten into an accident and were at the scene within 10 minutes. They took it straight to the repairer as they knew where my insurance would assign my car to. Thank you to Jack who assured me everything was going to be okay.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Called up to follow up on a message I received from a gentleman regarding my vehicle and didn’t get a response back for 3 days when I called. Went to the shop and was rudely approach by the an older man who said he is the owner of the business who did not even know what a Hyundai is let alone referred to my car as ‘that thing’. Google states the company is open 24 hours and he decided to have a go at me when I came at 12pm on a Saturday even though he lives across the road. I’ve captured his rude aggressive unprofessional tone on camera as he spent more that 10 mins scoffing and being extremely condescending towards me. He got mad that I asked him for a invoice saying that I have no right to ask for one when I explained they have had my vehicle for more than 3 weeks. He also tried to ask me to list him a price for my car for parts and he became very agitated once I said I’ve gotten offers from else where. This unprofessional business owner is not only rude by also racist and I won’t hesitate to upload my horrible experience on social media to warn others. Also to add this whole encounter was at my car window where this man kept putting his fingers in my face. Don’t even bother and deal with more professional towers.

Was put onto this guy by others who said he wouldn'tlet us down, mum and i were stuck 100ks from Melbourne with a ute and van late at night just outside Seymour the guy was very arrogant couldn't be bothered call themselves 24hr service maybe he turns into a pumpkin after 11pm that's why he was so rude, We ended up getting a lovely guy come to our rescue all the way from Melbourne and drop us down to the spirit terminal half the price of what this company wantedResponse back to owner, There was no discussion about 200 you were straight out 1000 and very rude about it, yes roadside would have been beneficial if I was driving my own vehicle but I was driving the only possessions left of my deceased fathers who had passed away in his car up in Barcaldine, we were driving it back to Tassie. Kindness doesn't cost anything and manners are for free.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Took photos of my wrecked car at a crime scene and posted them on Facebook, then gave me a hard time for trying to access it so they could stall me to get the media there to ambush me. They told me it wasn't cleared by the police, then after a few stalled phone calls gave me permission. As it turns out, they had already let Channel 9 news through the car. Footage on the broadcast showed the interior of the car with items that I removed when I was finally given access. Just to get his 15 seconds of fame.... AVOID.Edit: in answer to his work of fiction identified as a response, I will clarify my review and opinions. His company may reserve the right to photograph vehicles for business purposes, but does not to post them on a public page with a humorous" caption. We were allowed to access the vehicle only once

Wallan Towing was very quick to attend to the crash scene and explained the legal aspect of having the vehicle on the road and that it need to be towed immediately to avoid fines from Vicroads. I didn’t fall on the trap but instead asked him to speak to my insurance company since they are looking for the closest towing company in the area and it worked well rather than outlining the legislation to me. I think they just want to get the job done not knowing that I was on the phone with my insurance company. They did well and quickly picked up our car and even gave us a ride to their yard so that we can get an uber from there since we have fully loaded car to our supposedly Easter holiday. Thanks for the ride!
