Always take my boats hear for a service. Never had any problems.

I wouldn't take my boat for a pre purchase inspection or a service here if i where you. They didn't even check the boat properly. there basic check over is very basic. They passed it and the boat was not even safe to drive. not impressed

We ordered a brand new Yamaha outboard from these people. They fitted it wrongly three times and charged us for their own mistakes three times. To add insult to injury, the hydraulics were wrong, so instead of going to starboard it would go to port and vis-versa.When I asked to speak to their 'mechanics' the outboard was referred to as the f..king' motor.'Despite writing a detailed complaint to Yamaha Australia, nothing was done to help me. As a result, I don't recommend this dealer or Yamaha Australia. Instead of being the source of great joy in having a great new outboard, the whole thing was an absolute nightmare.

Disappointed in service and workmanship firstly I wanted to buy a new 15 Yamaha but was comparing manufacturers at the time was told to come back when I was serious so purchased a Yamaha from Perth!Also brought a private boat that was previously serviced there and had a service and inspection prior to sale 1hrs use after service and gearbox failed oil in the leg and after self inspection water pump was installed incorrectly (reversed) there would of been traces or water contamination hrs before the last inspection due to the amount or corrosion in the top end of the leg Needle bearing collapsed I Got the impression that they were too busy and couldn’t help. I rang multiple times and left my number still nothing had to chase up the phone calls myself. Thanks to a dealership in Perth with outstanding communication that helped me out with all the new parts to get me going again

I am in Brisbane and managed to track down the last Yamaha 9.9 High Thrust with manual tilt in existence at Sportsmarine. Even better, it have been reduced to sell. Contacted Greg and he organised to get the motor freighted to me in Brisbane for a great rate and went to a lot of effort to make it happen. All I can say is I experienced great service, received a motor as promised and am very happy. Thanks to the team at Sportsmarine for getting the motor to me.

I called into Sportsmarine on my way through town today. The level of stock was better than anything i've seen in a long time throughout the industry, my guess if they didn't have it, it's not worth having. The service from staff was first class and it's just a shame they are located some 250 kms from me. Thanks again team.

I bought a new Savage Bowrider here in 2014. It was delivered to Perth no problem. Service and dealing were good. I have sold that boat now due to lack of use but I will definitely look at going back to buy my next boat.

Took in two jet skis to fix an alarm on both. Was told they were reset and no faults found and could pick them up. Drove them an hour home and tested them, both jet skis still showing up with the exact same faults. Contacted sports marine to find out details and was put through to their mechanic who was very defensive and rude and told me that was “hard to believe” and was shutdown without any offering to check them out after spending $242.00 with no solution. Very disappointed.
