My advice would be to stay far away from this builder and this business. Very shady. Doesn't complete work. Takes money from clients and tells subbies the client didn't pay, so they cant get paid, to the extent that the subbies need to remove their materials.I cant cant recommend... only warn others

As we changed our minds of where our kitchen was going which took 10 hrs he said we changed our minds to many times so he charged us $10.000 and still no kitchen, so much for the 97 hrs I reckon only 30 as he was at pub the rest of the time
