Lg Service Centre (Parts, Phone, Monitor, Cleaner, Audio)

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!! I sent my phone from country Vic to them on Monday at 5pm and it was quoted, fixed and I had it back by 9am Wednesday morning!!!!For my LG G6 mobile phone I was quoted between $250-400 for a screen replacement locally however they couldn't guarantee waterproofing, however when I spoke to Evertec and they quoted me very quickly )within a few hours) and to replace the screen, headphone jack, battery, guaranteed waterproofing AND courier back to me, it cost $231.00!

LG service is superb. Doing everything they can do to fix our problem and excellent customer service as well as follow up.This has been the best service we have had and we have had a bit share.I will recommend not only LG appliances as they are great but you can trust that if something happens, you will be looked after by the company service and its people. Quite impressed to be honest, especially now a day that nobody cares about anything. Thanks so much LG!

Excellent service, friendly staff. They were super fast at diagnosis and repairs. Replaced my camera module and motherboard within 2 hours. Reasonable price as well for parts that come with warranty and are genuine.

Terrible. Our vacuum was sent there for warranty repair as the part that extended collapses when vacuuming and putting a slight amount of pressure on it. The 'technician' texted me to tell me there was no problem and to come out and show me the problem, which is did (hour drive to the centre) then when I showed him what happened he said don't push so hard (which wasn't even hard just normal force).He then showed me on his carpet it doesnt collapse down (although his carpet was more like floorboards covered in fluff and we have longer carpet so you need to use some pressure as his required no pressure at all).I also showed him I can collapse it with my hands and his vacuum (which was the same model) I couldn't do it with my hand even if I pressed extremely hard and he said yeah its probably a bit broken but you'll just have to not push so hard and change the way you vacuum. Told me to take the vacuum home as it's not broken according to him.LG you need a better service centre this is a disgrace.

A staff member was quite lifeless, but he provided fast and professional services. My phone's battery was expired and I wanted to replace with a new one; he said he would check the phone whether its condition was from other causes like its OS. Later he checked and all were fine, he said he would change the battery for me and stated the fee clearly. I got my phone back in 20 minutes. What are my concerns here are 1) the fee was too high when a genuine battery sold online is far cheaper (like 40ish for service fees and 2) it is located quite far from a train station and you have to walk there for 15-20 minutes. You may send your phone via mail, but I had to go there as I have to use my phone every day.

Had to ship out an LG V20 due to dust under camera glass affecting photo quality as well as LCD image retention.When I shipped the phone out to their centre, I was told they could not find any faults and they returned the phone to me with just all the data wiped.I essentially backed up my phone, went through the effort of shipping it out to them, just to get my phone back with nothing fixed in and having to put all my data back on it.My phone was under warranty (the issues popped up right after buying my phone November of 2016, dealt with the issues until I had time to ship it back around October 2017, I still have the issues now at 2018). At least now I know to avoid LG phones in the future due to this poor experience with their support.

I've read mixed reviews about these guys. One of my friends posted his phone to them and they couldn't repair it, which he expected anyway, and it didn't cost that much for the inspection and return postage. For me personally, I called them to explain the damage to my LG phone. The guy I spoke to was very polite. He patiently waited for my full explanation of the damage and then gave me his honest opinion on how likely my phone could be fixed and what kind of work they would have to do. He also gave me a quote. My old LG phone is worth less than the quote so I decided not to get it fixed, but I appreciated the staff member's honesty.

Prior to making the 45min journey to Evertec I emailed to confirm they would be able to help me with a walk in service and shared my proof of purchase.I was in and out under 30mins with the phone fixed! I was genuinely surprised.The last time I had to deal with a broken LG phone I took it back to the retailer who sent it away to a different place and I waited a month for it to be returned!Definitely worth taking the time to drive out and get it sorted. A downside is the opening hours - I wouldn't normally be able to go there in business hours, but they do offer a postal service.

Excellent turnaround time, phone repaired within a day. I had already logged a case with LG beforehand so they reviewed and gave me a list of info to collect and bring to Evertec.Dropped phone off in person and picked up the next day in person too, didn't bother with postage (they were waiting for parts to come in for my phone).Phone is under warranty so LG covered the cost for my issue.If you're phone isn't under warranty, don't expect free service - someone still has to pay for the work..Also, LG will tell you take your SIM out, so remember to do that.
