They showed up on time, listened carefully to the issues we had with our Samsung fridge, and once they did some investigating, they explained the problem to us clearly. Fixed it with no issues. Lovely helpful guys too - Corey, and another person whose name I've unfortunately forgotten. Thanks guys!

AVOID!!! Terrible terrible service. Tech looked in the back of the machine and claimed 2 motors and the PCB needed replacing!?!? Was here 10 mins ($165). I was then quoted $518 to fix an 8 year old machine (bought for $599 brand new). I asked the repairs rep how is it possible all 3 components can breakdown at exactly the same time, she couldn't answer and said the manager would call me back........still waiting. I don't think the tech knew what the issue was and wanted to just replace everything or he was just blatantly trying to rip us off. They may be better to deal with if your machine is under warranty but if not I would avoid this company at all cost!!!

After trying to explain to the Philippines call centre what exact was happening with my machine numerous times they sent a very nice gentleman whose name I have forgotten who was here for literally 5minutes and tells me that it's my drum that is broken charged me $165 and then says it will cost approximately $500-$600 to fix it but will take 3 weeks. He then says better to buy a new one. Waited 5days to be told $1400 to fix . Really poor customer service, and price gouging the customers will definitely not recommend this company for repairs to anyone . I should have listened to the reviews. Please bring the phone line back to Australia., so your customers can understand what is being said and not be spoken to in a condescending manner.

They are thieves!! STAY AWAY from them. My freezer was working fine by fridge wasn't cooling properly. booked technician (Rodney) to fix it between 1-3. He came in early before 12 when no one wasn't home. Got upset when I told him that he need to wait. When my wife arrived at home, he was rude. Opened the fridge from front, didn't even bother pulling it out and look at it from back side. Said he can't fix it because of corrosion and its un fixable. It took him only 5 mins to do that. I got someone else to fix it for $180. Woolies appliance send me invoice for $165, when I called and told them what happened they said you need to pay $165 or it will be reported to credit. The guy who attended never had intention to fix it!!NEVER USE THEM!!!!! RIP OFFS!!!

Fantastic service. Woolley sent around their service rep, Ibby, who is so polite, professional and skilled. He fixed both our washer and dryer in a jiffy and now perfectly operational. He explained in simple language what had occurred, how he fixed it and what to expect in future. Thanks again Woolley Appliance Services. Also big shout out to LG who stand by their product even years after warranty and partnered with Woolley to keep their customers fully satisfied. Highly recommend all involved.

Absolutely useless. Asked to schedule appointment in the afternoon, ended up getting a message saying technician will arrive between 10-12, then a message at 944 saying they were half an hour away, and another message at 1014 on the dot saying please reschedule. When I called to find what happened I was told the technician attended and tried calling. Never received a call and was home the whole day. When called was told that they had called at 943, but didn't try to call when at property. And they wouldn't send him back and need me to reschedule and be available the whole day. And saying that I was lying that I had not been called and it was my fault. I even walked out at 1014 and there was no vehicle outside my property.

$250 call out fee. You do the math. What a joke. Luckily there's lots of better value and more professional companies around.I've always maintained, the bigger the business, the worse the service and the more you get ripped off.Shop around people. What a joke!

Service technician Ibby quickly diagnosed an internal leak in our LG washing machine and promptly installed a replacement valve. I found Ibby to be professional, competent and a great communicator. Happy to recommend Woolley Appliance Services based on this positive experience.

Absolutely poor customer service! They appear to be contracted by LG to come and fix my dishwasher. I specifically gave a time to them as to when I'm able to be home and they were supposed to have contacted me a day or two before (as advised by LG). No contact was received, but at 9.25am that morning, I received a text message saying a technician will be around between 9-12pm that day. What in the world? What kind of disorganised operation is this? Surely if you're sending a text message at 9.25am, you'd at least adjust the message to say that someone will be there before 12pm or at least from 9.25am to 12pm. And where was my call? I've written to LG to cancel your contract because you clearly can't handle their customers. And since I wasn't able to be home between 9-12pm, although I'd already clearly told LG, I now have to wait another week. I think I'm going to go to the ACCC for a claim.Take note everyone, stay far, far, far away from this company.

Horrible service!! My $1100aud Samsung screen has a defect by design and nonexistent quality control, where the screen detaches itself from its panel as early as 8 months in after purchasing.I took it to get repaired at Woolley Appliance Services as directed by Samsung, only to get contacted a day later to go and collect my 'repaired' monitor. The monitor obviously has been repaired with low quality/cheap parts as now my colors are completely dull and washed out. No tweaking or calibrating will recreate the same vivid experience throughout my entire use of the screen. Work, media and gaming.I take it back to Woolley Appliance Services to have it checked out and hopefully have the request sent out to Samsung to get an entire replacement all together as now I have no idea what they have done with the panel I originally brought in.I get called back a few hours later by Woolley Appliance Services and was told to come collect the monitor as there is no issue and it is at manufacturing standards. Thankfully I had a photo from back in January and was able to replicate the same photo last week with my new 'at manufacturing standards' monitor I had recently received. All I have done here is purchase a $1000aud screen that I was happy with for a total of 8 months before it fell apart on its own and then Woolley Appliance Services have repaired it with cheaper or refurbished parts and act as if that's okay and there is nothing wrong with that, ultimately denying me a request from Samsung to have the replacement im owed. Be aware!left image Jan 2022right image Sept 2022Update: collected my monitor from woolys trash-service center on the 21/9/2022. The dude at the front desk attempted to justify the colour issue on a driver installation lol. Reinstalled drivers, nothing changed which we both knew would happen. Now on top of bad colours, I have this constant flickering that renders my screen unusable, even though it was 'tested' by their technicians and reported to Samsung that it was at manufacturing standards. (video uploaded in Photos on profile)Stay away from these criminals lmfao!!
