Lewis was prompt, efficient and simply fantastic. I called Lewis at 11 am due to our hot water system leaking. Lewis found the problem immediately using FaceTime - it was swollen and 2 valves were leaking. Lewis helped select the new hot water system based on my requirements. By 1pm the new rheem system was delivered and Lewis arrived shortly after. Lewis took a few hours to install it and he took the old system away. Did I mention this was a Friday? Lewis was polite, friendly, professional, well priced, experienced and knowledgeable. He got the job done. Lewis is a good country bloke who is trustworthy and I highly recommended him for all your plumbing needs.

I have never found such a professional and more helpful person in the plumbing industry. Lewis was quick to respond to the issue we had with the hot water system came to us on Anzac day fitted the new system, he was always in contact letting us know when he would be there etc. I have never had a follow up on any plumbing work but Lewis to his credit has called several times to see that all is going well. Lewis was able to fit me in on very short notice (1 hour!!) before the weekend for a leaking pipe attached to my washing machine. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He then cleaned the dirt behind the washing machine and reattached it all for me. I would absolutely recommend Lewis and will call him again for any plumbing needs.

Lewis was an absolute pleasure to deal with in helping to resolve my hot water issue. He was polite, friendly and genuine. He workmanship was thorough and he was so professional. Best of a bad situation in that I found a company I can trust and rely on for any future issues. Would not use anyone else.

Lewis was amazing. He was honest, communicative, friendly and he did a great job as well! He managed to fix a leaky toilet that was on the verge of requiring replacement saving us quite a few hundred dollars.He had a great work ethic and I can’t recommend him enough. Called Lewis in a bit of a panic and he arrived within 10 minutes, he was extremely helpful and fixed my problem straight away. I've never received that level of service, would definetly recommend.

We had a small leak that was a major problem. Lewis dispatched one of his crew who fixed it quickly and without fuss. Lewis called to check on the work, and refused to accept payment. I can't charge you for such a quick

What can I say!Lewis is one of the best plumbers I have ever used in Brisbane.Punctual, reliable and a fantastic quality of work.I had a problem with my hot water system and with one phone call to Lewis I felt confident in letting him remove and replace my old hot water unit.The work was done very neat and tidy, ant questions I had about the new unit were answered.I would highly recommend using Lewis and will be giving him all my plumbing work in the future!!

Lewis did two bathrooms for me a short notice. Great workmanship, prompt and on time and very professional. The price for the work was very reasonable. Lewis was very transparent about the costs so I knew exactly what I was getting. Great job, very pleased. Would highly recommend.
