My trip to Halo Hair And Beauty is the best gift I give to myself every 8 weeks. I've been visiting the salon for the last 2.5 years, it started with a picture shown to Rachel with the image I had in mind for my hair and the result was fantastic. Halo Hair And Beauty offer a professional, innovative experience with a boutique salon and impeccable customer service, with the client always in mind. Other treats include bubbly and cheese, smiles, friendly conversation and the best of the best hair products.

The staff at Halo are all amazing and friendly! I’ve been getting my regular 5week haircut at this salon for years and never had a bad experience. I especially look forward to the relaxing head massage following my shampoo and conditioner. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Staff like badly-behaved rock stars!I was LITERALLY 3 minutes late, after being stuck at road works fixing recent flood damage. Just about to park the car when the receptionist called. I told her I was 2 minutes away, just down the street. She cancelled my appointment, and said “we don’t have to wait around for people to turn up when they feel like it.”It is a 90min round trip from my property. When I pointed out that it shaved just 5 minutes off my 45min appointment, she retorted “Now it’s 6 minutes. We’re not interested!”Wow.6 stars for spectacular rudeness.

This salon is everything I have been looking for for the past 10 years! The salon is gorgeous, all the touches, tea, coffee, massage chairs and then most importantly my hair looks ,smells, and feels absolutely amazing! I went from dark brown to med blond in one session which totally surpassed all my expectations. Rachael and all the staff are wonderfully welcoming, totally professional and the vibe in the salon is excellent to say the least. I’m so happy I found Halo you have a client for life. As a former hairdresser i am extremely picky with how i like my hair.....Halo Hair and beauty nails it every time!!!I Can trust them to keep my hair in amazing condition as they use top of the range products.The amount of time and effort Rachel's invests on training is amazing, the skills they have and use day to day are incredible.I go into halo knowing ill walk out feeling a million bucks!They are extremely welcoming and listen to what you want.The vibe in that salon is so friendly the girls are all so lovely and make every experience GREAT!Best salon on the coast!!!
