Fantastic service!!! I purchased a galaxy S20 Fe case and screen protector and the day after they were ready for pickup. I then was able to buy another case somewhere closer to me and no longer required the order. The customer service I received was fantastic and made the cancellation process as simple as replying to their email with the statement 'i would like to cancel my order and need a refund. I wish all shops could be as flexible as this. Thank you!

You won't find a greater selection of Oppo protective cases than at G4G. The day after the transaction, the item was shipped. arrived the following day in VIC. 10/10.

I ordered a glass screen cover for my new phone, including paying extra for quick delivery. The cover that arrived did not fit and was clearly for a different model (it did not match the dimensions on the website, and had elements that suggested it was designed for a different phone - eg a slight cut out from the top where there was no need for one). I reached out to the team, including providing multiple pictures, and Simon, the owner, over multiple emails didn't answer my questions or engage with my complaint, and instead just kept telling me I was wrong - despite the evidence to the contrary. A very poor experience and customer service!

Got a defective screen protector and provided them proper evidence that it is faulty. They just ignored my claim and told me that they haven't experienced any issue before. Just told me some fairy tale without giving any proper reference.Wish I saw their previous 1 star reviews. So giving my one in case someone may save their money.

Very disappointing experience, I purchased an iPhone case and when it was delivered the plastic along one side was completely cracked in half, rendering the case completely useless. Contacted customer support to ask for a replacement and was told that this was my fault for not choosing delivery insurance.Admittedly I did not chose the $10 parcel delivery option and had it delivered by regular Australian post - but given that the object in question is a case for an expensive iPhone it seems reasonable to assume that it would be able to withstand the occasional bump in a regular postal service.Disappointing customer service, but also extremely worrying quality of product that can break so easily, and I wouldn’t want to trust my phone in any of their products.

Ordered 2x tablet holders for long journey with kids. Paid express post. Arrived in great time.Unfortunately one snapped during installation, the other the following day without either ever having a device attached to them - plastic clasps just sheared in pieces.Contacted immediately on return from trip via email with photos. Initial response was they've never had an issue with product. No apology and insisted would only consider refund if we sent back at our own cost for their team to check.Had to chase them to get our refund - money was deposited (no courtesy refund of at least one of the postage costs) and zero reply/acknowledgement.Out $30 and no product.
