Cut Price Auto Rentals

I had a mixed experience with this company. The lady who served me at pickup was extremely cold and unfriendly, like she really didn't want to be there. The moving truck I received was pretty rough, but serviceable. When I was collecting my furniture I had an issue working out the lifter mechanism, so I rang them to ask about it. The bloke I spoke to was helpful and solved my problem right away. The price I paid wasn't cheap. I rented a much newer and better truck from SIXT a couple of days later, paid a lot less, and the person behind the counter was friendly too! I won't return to any company that treats their customers rudely, and the lady behind the counter shouldn't be working in customer service.

We have hired through them many times now when travelling to Qld, and continue to use them because Sarah and the team are excellent. Great pricing, and good, clean vehicles. They are much cheaper than the larger car rental companies, just a shame they aren't in other states or countries we travel to, as they make the car rental process easy and stress free. We book directly, and Sarah is always so efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Unhelpful and rude at the enquiry stage. Hate to think what you'd be dealing with if you hired and there was a problem. Same rates and better service and product available elsewhere.

I can’t get in touch through the phone line and there is no email for me to change or cancel my booking. I am wanting to cancel my booking for a truck for morning of 28th December . Regards Darryl Wakelin

Had a flat battery on the truck which the RAA came to jump start (i used the lifter for 3 items). The RAA wrote a report to provide to the business stating the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. When I called the manager he had no interest in resolving the issue or wanting to see the report. He claimed all his trucks had no issues and didn't provide an email to send the report to.Horrible tone towards me in the phone. I recommend anywhere else
