This place is amazing, been attending now for 3 months- I’m so much happier, healthier and not to mention look great, my trainer Helio is full of knowledge, always encouraging and a top bloke. Would recommend to any person of any fitness level. This place will get you to your fitness goal.

Great location with even greater amenities! The coaches greeted me very friendly right away and made sure I felt welcome. In general, the whole community is very open and happy to meet new people. I can only recommend the EFBH Crossfit. You have exciting workouts and a lot of fun!

I started at electric 6 months ago, straight away I felt extremely welcomed by the staff and comfortable at my level of fitness. my fitness has definitely improved a whole lot more in just 1/2 a year.complete egoless gym, the coaches show true passion and support to all levels of fitness and really focus on helping each person achieve their own personal goals. I'm really happy I found this space to train in and highly recomend Chris and the team to anyone who is looking to achieve new levels of fitness

I love Electric Fitness not only for the program but also the community. I love that you can see the workouts in advance and mentally prepare for the week. A lot of CrossFit gyms don’t do that. Another thing I love is how new all the equipment is and how Chris is always putting time and effort to make the gym grow and be better. This place is perfect for all levels and so welcoming.

Couldn’t recommend enough. I’ve had the best experience at Electric Fitness! I can definitely notice I am getting stronger and fitter. Such a welcoming community, with coaches who give you 100% each class.Absolutely love the workout structure and variety.

I’ve been part of Electric Fitness for 6 months and I like everything about it! Great facility and equipments, good programming and motivated coaches that care about you. Chris has created a good vibe gym community and I love how invested he is in the business.

Being apart of Electric Fitness the past few years has made a massive impact on my life. Not just because of the great equipment or the programming, but the people that make up the community. I come every day and get to see some of my best friends, am challenged mentally & physically and am coached to strive for more. I couldn’t recommend anyone enough to take a step out of their comfort zone and drop down for a session & good time ☺️

Really amazing box! Huge space and plenty of high quality equipment. The coaches are super friendly and really experienced (pretty cool to see them doing the WODs alongside the members).. the members are all so friendly and make anyone dropping in or joining very welcome. I brought my sister along who is new to CrossFit and all the coaches were very attentive and she loved it!

Epic gym. The team have created a really positive community with members from all over the world. I’ve been going for about 18 months and still wake up at sparrow fart looking forward to the workout and seeing my fit family. Highly recommend
