I rang Gary this morning in relation to identifying a snake in our bathroom (we careful managed to capture in a large container) we spoke over the phone and I sent him photos. He was very polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend A+ from me. A huge Thankyou

Rang Gary this morning regarding a snake sleeping on our waste water pipe. After a text message pic I sent him he knew it was a harmless Python, but we asked him to please come and take it away. After 30 minutes he was there and seconds later the snake was in the bag ready for his new home. Big pat on the back Gary lad, appreciate your time.

I made contact with a number of organisations having heard pests in my ceiling space. Gary was the only person who was not condescending and instead was genuinely helpful. He listened, asked questions and came up with multiple solutions. His communication was great & he followed through on what he said he'd do. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Called about a red bellied black snake. Darren was sent out and arrived promptly. Very nice guy and very informative. Gave us recommendations on how to further snake proof the house. He performed a thorough check of the front and back yard as the snake had disappeared just before he showed up. Highly recommend!

No help what so ever, we have a howling dog that has been annoying the neighbours for 5 months every department fobbed off.
