We always take our pet dog to this outlet for grooming, they sell a wide range of pet products too. On our recent visit we got our puppy a very cool haircut and we also bought about 7-8 goldfishes for our home aquarium. Pretty happy with the purchase, the lady who assisted us was very patient and helpful.

Just adding to what many of the others have been saying. The staff at Coburg are always so helpful and knowledgable about the product range and genuinely interested and caring about our animal's welfare. The range is excellent and the prices are reasonable and you can request the people on the registers to price match an equivalent available product elsewhere.

purchased items to only find when I left the store that I was charged the wrong price, I went back in and queried it and was treated poorly at the counter. It took the worker half n hour to put through a refund. I’m not talking a couple of bucks here, I spent over $100 and was ripped off over $30! Buyers beware they do not mark their items correctly! How many people are unknowingly being ripped off at this store ?? Will never shop there again.

I visited this store on 02/03/2023 for bathing and deshedding of my 1 year old short-coated German Shepherd. I also added on ‘the ultimate package’ for $15 so the total cost was $85 (an especially reasonable price due to Petbarn offering in-store Afterpay).This was Sookie’s first successful visit to a professional groomer and it took less than an hour and a half. Very happy with the experience, despite her trying to dirty herself as much as possible upon leaving. We’ll definitely return for any grooming needs she requires in the future.Thank you for your help!R Palmer

The staff at pet barn coburg are excellent. Every time we go they are helpful, efficient and always willing to assist in any way. They always make us and our dog feel welcome and we would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

Beth and Ben from Petbarn here in Coburg North are the best and everyone in the store! We’ve recently bought a new pup and couldn’t have enjoyed, learnt and had the best time without them! They are so helpful and just really lovely people! Highly recommend thanks again!

Got an appointment within 1 week of calling. Prompt thorough and caring. Loved the free range nature of the grooming salon. Staff at counter did online price matching so saved heaps and all were super friendly. Pierced and tattoed groomer I would give 10 out of 10 for customer service. And ponytail glasses with red hair an absolute wonderful person. Would definitely come again

I wanted to acknowledge Maddie for her skills and knowledge with helping me get the right food for my dog. I am vision impaired so she was very patient with me and explained all of the products. Ben also is fantastic and goes above and beyond for me. Ben is a great manager. Always love coming to Coburg petbarn as i know i'm in good hands.
