My family and I had dinner from here on Sunday night (21/05/23), the young guy that was working their was busy and all by himself.He apologized to us about the wait while he multitasked making several orders.However we didn’t mind waiting due to his wonderful customer service.We understood that when your busy and by yourself you can only do your best and this young man was the best.We do regret not getting his name because we will be going back to this location just because of him.

Being the only one in the shop at the time, service was very slow. It would have been quicker to jump behind the desk myself and just whip something up. Took a solid 10 minutes to make a sub, and by the time I paid and eaten my foot long the server hadn't finished the order that had walked in behind me as I was still ordering.Preparation of the sub was fine, not exceptional

I would avoid this Subway. I asked for a toasted ham and egg footlong sub. What I got was a footlong sub with 2 slices of ham (it should be 8 based on my past experience working at Subway) and for the sub to be barely toasted at all (the outside consistency didn't change at all) as they put it in to toast for half the time that it should have gone in for. As a result, the egg was still stone cold. I recognised the staff member serving me from a few months back so he certainly wasn't new and should have known what he was doing.

I purchased $23 worth of Subway last night and had to throw it all in the bin without even opening it.Why you ask? Because the young guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask and clearly had a cold or something.It started off with some small coughs that weren't in the direction of our food and I thought maybe he's just clearing his throat. As the process went on for making our 2 subs it got worse and worse until finally he coughed all over the back of the biscuit tray. At that point it had gone on for to long so I paid for the items, put them in the bin by hungry jacks and ordered the one thing I really didn't want, Hungry Jacks. I should have said something at the time but in all honesty I was pretty shocked this was happening given the state of the world.Given the pandemic it's not appropriate to have a sick worker serving food, especially with no mask and no backing/protection on the the back of the food storage area. Who knows how many coughs and so forth he had done with no customers in the store.The guy was very nice, talkative and so forth, so great customer service in that regards, but just not so great on the hygiene front. I would normally give this place 5 stars as it's our local subway and the only easy place to get something health, but sadly not this time.

Probably the worst subway I've been to/ordered from. Multiple times they've given me stone cold chicken fillet, missing sauces I've requested and missed cookies I've added on. Constantly requesting credits for my orders or speaking to the manager directly for my next order to be 'free'. Today will be the last time I order from this store.
