Hi Robert,This morning when I went to the main building to collect my newspaper, I saw your van parked in front of the main building and thought that you must be here. Then I met Benjamin and Ayman. So ask them where you were. I explain the reason why I wanted to talk to you. They said to me that they will let you know the issue I had with my Internet connection.I explained to Benjamin and Ayman that you had fixed the issue on 20 August 2020. This was the second time in two months that I had the same issue.Not long after that, Benjamin knocked on my door and said, let's fixed the issue now while we are here. It didn't take long for Benjamin and Ayman to fix the issue.Thank you so much for asking Benjamin and Ayman to come to my place to check the issue I had with my Internet Connection. I could tell immediately that both Benjamin and Ayman knew what they are doing.Reason for the issue: The internal wiring at the phone wall socket in the unit was damage.
