I finish my phone contract 1 month ago, and I got into the store to upgrade my phon, one lady call sarina, give me a really good deal and she explain all the detail to me, happy with the service, will come back again

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!me and my friend went to the campsie branch to get a plan for my new iphone 14. the chinese lady said to me that with my iphone, she can GIVE me a iphone case, and a screen protector. and she asked me if i wanted airpods, i said yes, when i received my airpods, they were NOT the apple airpods, but the Motorola ones. I confronted the other guy when I went to collect my iphone (the lady wasn't there), he said well I didnt ask if it was the apple ones! he said that the apple ones are over rated, and motorola ones are as good! and then i found out that they didnt GIVE me the iphone case and screen protector, they had added those cost into my monthly plan bills! this scamming act really puts me off!

The two team members on 7/1/2023 around 3 pm were so unhelpful and uncooperativeWe were in middle of buying iphone and airpods and they were so rude and cold that we left the deal and midwayWill never recommend to anyoneThey just degrading the optus business and reputation

Signed up contract with a rep called Ali as he said will give me free accessories ( speakers, wireless charger, etc) but when I saw on contract it shows $10 accessories payment and ask him , he assured me it wasn’t for it and that’s how their system works. As I was in a hurry I trusted his word. I later looked at the contract again at home and realised that he lied, he actually add Accessory repayment of $360 ($10/mth) to my plan. Very bad service and dishonest sales rep.

SCAMMERS!Was told as part of my contract I would receive complimentary AirPods, phone case and screen protector only to find out towards the end of my contract that I’ve been paying monthly instalments equating to $480 which I thought was part of my device repayments! When I contacted them I was answered by an entitled man child that told me “nothing in life was free” and that there was nothing they could do…If I had known that I would be paying over $480 for air pods when I could have bought them from apple for $250 and a screen protector and plain rubber case I would have told him no that I did not want or need them but the guy insisted that they were complimentary with the plan and I trusted the store as I’d been there many times before!If you need a new or upgrade to existing contract contact Optus customer service they have better deals and don’t lie to you so they can make there commission..

The customer service exceeded my expectation, beyond that I walked out smiling knowing I was looked after and was given the best recommendations possible. A big shoutout to Kevin, the staff member who helped me out! He should definitely be commended on his great delivery skills and overall knowledge on OPTUS. Thank you for the care and I would definitely come back if I had any issues with my phone or service!

Very poor service I ever seen. Staff was not knowledgeable and do not have idea about customer service. I strongly suggest to avoid campsie store.

I would like to give high praise to Joe and his team. Not only was he extremely courteous and gentlemen but he is also very knowledgeable. He spent ample amount of time explaining different options and mobile plans. Thanks!
