The Maryborough Motel and Conference Centre

Room was dirty. Bed had sand or something on the bedspread. Mouse droppings on the windowsill. Kettle was dirty. Freezer fully frosted up. Louvre glass pushed up so new air conditioning hoses could fit into the room.

Friendly staff. Beds were bit dirty and the atmosphere was just odd. Guess it's worth your money. Only stay here if need be or on the road. The room was kinda sketchy and the available facilities like kettle and toaster were dirty.

Minus 5 stars, old, dirty disgusting and felt unsafe, when we asked for a room by phone we were told oh yes very big room very big tv (only 32 inch)very big fridge (when opened freezer ice fell out not defrosted)queen bed (thee base was on the floor and hard to get out of) so booked in for two nights cost $218. When he showed us the room our jaws dropped myself needing two walking sticks found hit hard to walk around the room which was not big at all the room had a queen bed, two single beds and a stretcher bed set up the floors were absolutely dirty we had no other option but to stay one night and left the next morning all other motels were booked out. no what a dump. I wouldn't even consider having my dog stay there. Words cannot describe didn't ask for a refund just wanted to get the hell away from there.

I booked in for a 2 night stay and paid online.Before leaving home, I called to extend my stay for 3 nights. The reception lady or manager was extremely rude about the fact I had 2 children and was also complaining about finding needles in rooms.I asked for a refund as it's not a place I'd like to take my family.I was told no I can't have a refund.Showed up to collect the keys, she was rude and complaining about me having children. Then told me no I have not paid for my room when I had. Was a long drive home with tired children.Filthy looking place on the outside. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.Not even someone I dislike.Zero stars from myself and my family.

Room was clean. Need new pillows very flat. Very secure nice for overnight stay

Cheap, secure, comfortable and a great shower!. This place is an excellent basic overnighter for when your on the road! We literally booked online about 10mins away and we were welcomed by lovely, friendly and helpful staff who had everything ready to go. Very easy. Will definitely drop in again on future trips!Thanks for reading!

I cannot rate this accommodation it was horrible bed bases had no legs, base sat directly on floor which made the bed very low which was hard for my elderly mother to get up off the bed. The queen bed cover still had a tag of $10 which looked like it was bought from the op shop. The single bed mattress was short for the bed and only realised on the last day the cover was dirty underneath. The TV was so small for the room and only had free to view channels, a smart TV would have been nice so I could use my own Netflix account. There netting over windows so when you open the curtains everyone can see into your room so the curtains had be be kept closed. I could not get a refund as the owner took you to room and asked if you were happy with room I said yes as it looked good at first glance he made me initial the accommodaiton agreement.Do not stay here it was horrible and not worth the money

Minus 5 would be my score. Disgustingly dirty. Toilet seat broken, hairs on top of toilet bowl. Mould on bathroom walls, slimy product smeared over bathroom mirror, electric jug dirty, cups stained, behind bathroom door and tiled floor edges not cleaned for months. Fridge soiled inside. No blanket just a dirty quilt. The old air conditioner behind the curtain was mouldy. Air conditioner remote broken so had to ask for another. Tv remote volume does not work. Benches sticky and stained.

Recently stayed there 2 weeks ago, my car broke down on the highway and the tow truck took me here.The manager was very friendy , he went out of his way to make my night better. The rooms were great , oh my god the was was awesome and the showers were great. i ended staying a couple more nights . The saturday night they motel had a communal bbq q it was awesome and so much fun meeting all the characters.
