I found Heatherly Design via Instagram and loved the concept of their business! I booked in for a complimentary 1 hour consultation and was so impressed with their professionalism, bedhead designs and knowledge of material and eye for colour and texture. Thank you HD Sydney. I can’t wait for my new bedheads, linen and cushions to complete my new rooms.

The lovely Vanessa guided us in making perfect decisions when choosing colours and style of bedhead and made the appointment such a pleasant experience. Heatherly Design showed their professionalism in making sure that all measurements were clear and precise to what we wanted. Even their delivery went without a drama having Luke messaging us his ETA from the night before to 30 mins to their arrival and effortlessly assembling the bedhead with a smile. We are certainly extremely happy with Heatherly Design's quality of bedhead together with their impeccable service.

Quality product but buyer beware! If there is a problem after the sale don't expect any help from this dodgy business. Have had the worst customer experience ever. My order of over 7K arrived including a window seat cushion. I had asked for the window seat cushion to have piping and was quoted accordingly IN WRITING. When I called to let them know it had arrived without piping, all I had in response was hostility, not only from Fiona who took the order, but also blatant refusal to fix the cushion (unless I paid for it) by Georgie - the owner of the company! She even told me it looked better without piping anyway! I placed a very large order and this was the smallest item. I still need another bedhead, valance and several window seat cushions but will be taking my business elsewhere after the way I was treated. I cannot believe how unkind and unprofessional the response has been to a first time customer. They have refused to acknowledge the price that they quoted me in writing and accept that they made a mistake but preferred to blame me for it instead to save themselves a small amount of money to fix the problem! This quoted price for the cushion was the exact dollar amount that was on the itemised quote yet they have blamed me for not checking the invoice! The invoice did not indicate whether the cushion came with or without piping so why would I need to check it when the written quote with piping matched the amount invoiced? So now I am left with the cushion without piping as they are refusing to fix it for me unless I pay. Not happy. I do not recommend this business.

We happened to be in Sydney and booked an appointment with Vanessa, before we flew back to QLD so we could complete our fabric selections and it was the best decision we could have made!Thanks so much for all your advice and assistance, it was spot on!

We bought our bed head & frame in Windsor Smoke Velvet. Within 3 months the fabric started to change color at certain spots. First I thought it might be from hair products when I lean back but thinking of it more I don’t think it’s the reason as you can see how large the patch is. The fabric is absolutely terrible!I’ve reached out the company but they don’t take any responsibility and very unhelpful, said to me it’s worn out. Bed head. Worn. Within 3 months.They sent a steam cleaner but they refused to clean and said the product is either faulty or damaged. The gentleman said Heatherly would take responsibility. But they did not. In fact their solution was recommending me not to rest my head on the bed head!!After only7-8 months of purchasing a new bed I am now stuck with this awful looking bed head.On top of this I have to add how uncomfortable this bed head to lean over anyway. It’s too flat and high. Not much cushion support and makes your back sore even with a pillow behind you. (It’s Armelle design)Considering what you get with the poor customer service, products are way too pricey.I definitely do not recommend this company
