Seems Samios need to train their staff what it means to be a courteous driver, as well as what a zipper lane is. Especially when your utes are emblazoned with your company logo. The driver then continued to bully his way through traffic. Not a good look.10th May, 7.20am Burrum/Pialba road outside Xavier/Yarrilee school.

i've always gotten one guy who helped me in the last 4 years and he's always been friendly and helpful and so i always went back. the last time i went there i got a young guy who really didn't want to be there and he gave me the wrong supplies. so today i went back to get the right ones and i got another guy who was even worse and infinitely more rude than the guy i got last time. he was so bad that i mentioned that if he didn't want to help me, pass me over to the normal guy i deal with but he wouldn't do that either. the guy shocked me with his rudeness. i feel sorry for his wife. anyways, i ended up politely leaving and went to reece where i got helpful, friendly service and the right parts that i need. getting two guys with a stinking attitude at samios makes me wonder if that's the culture that has been nurtured there. anyways, reece it is for me from now on.

Great service with a wide range of products for most tastes.

I recently fully renovated my bathroom and purchased everything from Samios plumbing Hervey Bay and found all staff from Lisa in the showroom through to Dean Campbell in management so helpful and friendly.. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and it was such a pleasant experience to do business.. I highly recommend this store for any plumbing supplies.. Thanks so much guys

Very rude in the plumbing section. Couldn't be bothered to help. Would not recommend to go back. All it takes is to be nice and helpful.

Looked to be a nice tidy shop. Make staff member wasn’t very friendly and not eager to help.

As an amateur home builder I have always found the staff in the trade section very patient and helpful
