Visited the office/workshop on Chapel street with a lock problem. The lady had a condescending “can’t do” attitude, so I left. In contrast, the very pleasant staff at St Kilda Locksmiths fixed the issue promptly on the spot.

Access was required to the office and the husband had taken the keys interstate. The agent had some keys but not the one I needed. Riley was working close by and came to help in about 20 mins. Not only that he was able to cut me spares for all the keys and one for the agent. Awesome work. Really nice guy too. Highly recommended!

ASAP fabricated keys for a 160 year old rim lock. Had tried multiple other locksmiths in Brisbane and Sydney and had no luck. Had almost given up. The new keys work smoothly and look great. Very grateful to ASAP.
